We only charge you what we are charged to ship items to you. You may think its expensive compared to the cheaper delivery costs you have seen on line. We have tried the cheap shipping route and ended up letting lots of customers down as their goods were getting to them broken or damaged. Causing delays in fitting and a nightmare for all concerned. Its not good enough is it when UK carriers break more goods than they deliver.

FREE DELIVERY on all orders when you spend over £600.00. Most large items have a delivery charge - adding things to your basket to a value of £600.00 or more removes the delivery charge for all items.
FREE DELIVERY on many small items on our Bathrooms of Distinction site (automatically applied at checkout).
FREE local delivery (large items only) within 20 miles of our shop - to post codes WF, LS, HX, HD, S and BD. We will call you to arrange this. To get this just click 'Free Local Delivery' on the drop down menu in the checkout area.
Minimum delivery on small items, taps and accessories is just £5.95 (many ship FREE).
Maximum delivery charge is only £35.99 for any items that add up to a total weight of 40kg or over) Spend £600 and its FREE
Post Code Restrictions
We do not deliver as a rule LARGE ITEMS to the following post codes. We will usually post SMALL ITEMS out to you.
AB, BT, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, GY, HL, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, PO30-4, TD, ZE
If you live in the above post code areas, there are certain products we can send on an alternative carrier. There is a fee for this service so it is best that you contact us, so we can discuss the shipping with you.

Delivery Process & Time Scales
We will call you to book the delivery in with you. If you want the goods on a specific date excluding Saturday and Sunday, Bank Holidays etc., then please advise us when we call or email you.
You can also email us after you have placed your order to let us know what day you want the goods delivering on. This is the preferred method.
Delivery usually takes between 2 and 7 working days to reach you. Please order goods well in advance of any fitting dates you have agreed with fitters. We are not responsible if you have ordered at the last minute.
Deliveries these days do get delayed, this is out of our control as no one can predict accidents, traffic, breakdowns etc. North East Deliveries are usually made on a Tuesday and Thursday.
Other Delivery Time Scales
Special order and non-stock items are usually 7 to 14 working days (whirlpool baths, saunas, bespoke items etc.)
The exception to this are the special order Multipanels from the Plus Collection which can take up to six weeks.
