Delivery Details:
FREE DELIVERY on most orders ( Excludes large baths ) when you spend over £800.00. Most large items have a delivery charge - adding things to your basket to a value of £800.00 or more removes the delivery charge for all items. 

FREE DELIVERY on over a thousand small items on our Bathrooms of Distinction site (automatically applied at checkout).

FREE local delivery (large items only)  to post codes WF ( Wakefield Area), LS (Leeds Area), HX ( Halifax Area), HD Huddersfield Area), S ( Sheffield Area) and BD ( Bradford Area). We will call you to arrange this. Click 'Free Local Delivery' on the drop down menu in the checkout area. £100.00 minimum spend required.

Minimum delivery charge on small items, taps and accessories is just £5.95 (many ship FREE).

Maximum delivery charge is only £35.99 for any items that add up to a total weight of 40kg or over) Spend £800 and its FREE.

 Our checkout system will not allow certain bathroom products to be delivered to some areas as we have seen an increase in costs and damages when we try to ship them.  We do apologise but we are a business and having to send out expensive replacements breaks our heart, causes our customers so much grief and stops us sleeping at night until we have sorted it out.

However do not despair  we do ship most products to most areas . Small items ( Taps,Radiators, Towel Rails, Shower Systems, Accessories etc) ship on Parcelforce, DHL or direct.  Larger items are now either direct from our suppliers these include. Multipanel, Nuance, Bushboard, Showerwall, Splashpanels, Roman, Lakes, RAK, Aquadart, Wetwall, Haven, Merlyn, Cassellie. Other large items are shipped on a pallet by a reputable fragile goods carrier who guarantee to get the goods to you without damage. This is an expensive solution and our maximum delivery charge covers some of the cost, We do not charge you more but try wherever possible to absorb the extra cost internally.

Delivery Process & Time Scales
Delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 working days..  Please order your goods well in advance of any fitting dates you have agreed with fitters. We are not responsible for any delays if you have ordered at the last minute, or for delays due to weather or traffic conditions, supplier stock and product manufacturing delays etc.
 Deliveries these days do get delayed, this is out of our control as no one can predict accidents, traffic, breakdowns etc. 

Other Delivery Time Scales

Special order and non-stock items are usually 7 to 14 working days (whirlpool baths, saunas, bespoke items etc.)
