Delivery Information

Parcels delivered from £6.99* and large items delivered for £19.99!

We use the services of DPD Local to complement our own delivery vehicles to ensure a quick and most importantly, accurate delivery. We will update your order status once the item is dispatched and provide a tracking number so you can track your delivery on the couriers website.

Please note some orders may suffer minor delays from the start to the middle of January. This is due to a backlog of stock deliveries created by the winter shutdown of all distributors and manufacturers.

General Large Item Delivery Information

Checking off your delivery. We do require all deliveries to be checked on arrival, please ensure someone is available to do this.
  1. On arrival our driver will remove any packaging and allow you ample time to check your products.

  2. In the extremely unlikely event that any damage has been caused in transit our driver will firstly confirm any damage and if this confirmed this will be returned on the vehicle and a free of charge replacement will be arranged.

  3. Our driver will take some pictures of the delivery for quality purposes.

  4. Once you are happy with everything that's been delivered our driver will repackage everything for you.

    • If requested our driver can take away packaging and we will dispose of this correctly. Please note this would prevent returns in situations where the item is no longer wanted/required.

Anyone you have nominated to check off your delivery on your behalf must be notified of their obligations when accepting your delivery.

For areas of the UK that have no delivery options available at the checkout please get in touch and we will be able to discuss options and offer a quote.

*According to weight parcel deliveries can range from £6.99 - £15.99. This does not include large items which are charged at £19.99.
**Special orders will be delivered once available and have extended lead times. Delays may occur. In all cases we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible. Working days are exclusively Monday to Friday and do not include bank holidays  the first working day is considered the day following our order processing email.
***Delivery failures with prior arrangement or where restrictions are in place but weren't communicated may incur an additional delivery charge.
